We're happy to help. Write to [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

• your name and contact details (address, phone and email);
• the work you own, and where the copy appears on WriterCaddy;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or act for the owner;
• your signature (typing your full name is fine).

You can also reach DreamUSA LLC's designated agent, listed in the U.S. Copyright Office directory at dmca.copyright.gov.

Just let us know at the same address. Tell us what was removed, why you believe it was a mistake (under penalty of perjury), your name, address and phone number, and that you accept the federal court for your area. We'll look at it promptly and restore the material where the law allows.

To protect all writers, accounts that repeatedly use others' work without permission may be closed.
