WriterCaddy is run by DreamUSA LLC. We collect only what we need to run the service, and we do not sell personal information.

What we collect

Your email address and a hashed password, plus a sign-in cookie.
The books and files you choose to save to your account or vault. Before you sign in, nothing you write is saved.
Purchase records. Card details go to Stripe; we never see them.
Basic usage data through Google Analytics and server logs.

Services we use

Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (delivery and email routing), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google Analytics (traffic) and xAI (the AI caddy, only when you use it), and Groq (the site search guide, only when you agree to an AI answer). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your books at any time. To close your account and delete its data, write to [email protected]. WriterCaddy is not for children under 13.
