Billing and Cancellation

The WriterCaddy plan is $29.99 a month. The first time you start it, it begins with a 7-day free trial: a card is taken at checkout and first charged when the trial ends. The trial is once per account. During the trial every download is watermarked; clean files open once the plan is paid. If a payment does not go through, downloads go back to watermarked until it does.

The AI plan is a $29.99 a month add-on to the WriterCaddy plan. It has no trial and is charged when you add it. Its monthly allowance (about 150,000 words of answers, 60 pictures and 5 hours of narration) resets on each billing date and does not carry over. Cancelling the WriterCaddy plan also stops the AI plan from renewing.

Your books stay on your account, and you can still sign in and edit them. Downloads go back to watermarked. Files in the vault stay downloadable for 14 days after the paid time ends, and are then deleted. The watermarked preview is always free, so you can check your book at any time.

Download credits, AI credits, the 24-hour pass and the $2.99 and $5.99 vault subscriptions are no longer sold. Any you already have are still honoured: a credit or an open pass still takes a clean file, and an older vault subscription runs until you turn off its renewal on the vault page.
