Terms of Service

You keep all rights to your work, and you are responsible for it: what you upload, write, generate and publish, including making sure you have the rights to use it. Keep your own copies of anything important.

We do our best to keep WriterCaddy secure, but no online service can guarantee it. You are responsible for your account, your password and how you use and store your data.

The AI caddy is optional and is provided by a third party outside our control. Its output may be inaccurate or resemble other work. Review it before you use it.

WriterCaddy is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, DreamUSA LLC is not liable for any loss of data, for any intellectual-property or other legal claim arising from your content or its use, or for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months. You agree to cover DreamUSA LLC against claims arising from your content or your use of the service.
