Good to know
- What happens during the free trial?
- Everything on the desk is open for 7 days, including the file vault. Every download during the trial is watermarked; clean files open as soon as the first $29.99 payment goes through, on the day the trial ends. A card is needed at checkout, and the trial is once per account.
- What if I cancel?
- Cancel here any time. The plan stays open to the end of the trial or the paid month, then stops renewing. Your books stay on your account and you can still sign in and edit them; downloads go back to watermarked. Files in the vault can be downloaded for 14 days after the paid time ends, then they are deleted.
- How does the AI allowance work?
- The AI plan resets each month on its billing date: about 150,000 words of answers, 60 pictures and 5 hours of narration. At a limit, the desk says when it resets. There are no top-ups. The AI plan needs the WriterCaddy plan and starts charging right away.
- Can I try the AI first?
- Yes. Every verified account gets 5 free AI questions (each reads up to about 1,500 words), 1 picture, and a 30-second voice sample of its first paragraph. No card, and it does not expire.
